Evaluating Candidates through the Vacancy Pipeline

Now the candidates are getting into the vacancy pipeline via the three methods we showed in the previous steps. Let’s see how they move through the pipeline.

  1. What happened to sourced candidates
  2. Once a candidate come into sourced stage, they will get automatically moved to the first step of evaluation stage.

  3. What happened to candidates at evaluation stage
  4. Since evaluation stage can have multiple steps, candidates start to move through each step. At each step, if the candidate has met the passing threshold (which you set when adding evaluation steps to the pipeline), they will move to the next step automatically. Otherwise they get rejected automatically.

The candidates who passed all evaluation steps will be gathered in “Qualified for Offers” stage

  5. What happens at “Qualified for Offers” stage
  6. Since these candidates have passed all the evaluation steps, you can prepare job offers if you are happy with their profiles. Once you prepare a job offer, that candidate automatically moves to the next stage “Offer Stage”. If you are not happy, you can reject them.

  7. What happens at “Offer Stage”
  8. At this stage you can send the job offer to candidates and get their responses. At this stage also you can reject candidates. Once the candidate accepted the job offer, they will be moved to the “Hired Stage”

  9. Hired Stage
  10. The candidates who got hired for the vacancy will be kept here.
