To make it more cost-effective for our customers, HireTrace charges based on actual usage, which is calculated according to the number of candidates you process each month.
Per Candidate Fees
- First 200 candidates, 0.4 USD per candidate
- Next 1000, 0.3 USD per candidate
- Above 1200, 0.2 USD per candidate

Each month, HireTrace will generate a bill based on the number of new candidates registered during that month. The bill will be issued on the 25th, and you will have 7 days to settle it. If your company didn’t process any new candidates during the month, the bill be zero.
You can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express bank cards to make the payment.
